The ballot for the 14th Annual Rondo Hatton Classic Horror Awards has been revealed and we’re happy to announce that the Damn Dirty Geeks podcast has been nominated for Best Multimedia Horror Site of 2015!

The Rondo Hatton Classic Horror Awards were created by David Colton and Kerry Gammill at the Classic Horror Film Boards in 2002. The awards are fan-based, and have no connection to any commercial sponsor. Anyone in fandom can vote or propose nominees.

To see this year’s ballot for 2015 nominees, visit the Rondo Awards official site. Our podcast is nominated in category 17 for Best Multimedia Horror Site. We’re nominated with some stiff competition and perennial nominees in this category, but the DDG are quite honored to be nominated for the first year of our podcast.

Our own Frank Dietz gained a second Rondo Nomination for his excellent Sketchy Things collection of genre art and caricatures as Book of the Year for 2015.

To cast your ballot, simply copy/paste the ballot into a new email composition, then either mark your favorite nominees or delete all but your favorite nominees in one, any or all categories, then send your email ballot to David Colton at taraco@aol.com. Remember to include your name in your ballot and email it by April 10, 2016.

There are also several write-in awards at the bottom of the ballot for which you can nominate your own award-worthy writer, artist or Monster Kid of 2015. We welcome you voters to consider our own DDG artist-in-residence Frank Dietz as a write-in nominee for either artist category, especially if you enjoy Frank’s fantastic genre artwork created and shared on the DDG website and social media platforms, not to mention often adorning his own social pages to the delight of many.

We thank our fans, listeners and subscribers for your continued support of the Damn Dirty Geeks podcast!
